We dispatch parcels within 2-3 working days after payment is verified. For all orders, we will require your mobile/contact number in case we need to contact you urgently.
For local delivery within Singapore, we use SingPost and provide both Standard and Registered Mail ( With Tracking).
We recommend that you use the registered service ( see picture below), as there is a tracking number provided and you will be able to contact SingPost should you have a query about your mail. SingPost advises that the tracking number provided will be trackable only when the package is on-route to you.
By opting for SingPost Standard Mail & SmartPac Registered deliveries, you are bound to the terms of engagement provided by SingPost.

While we take utmost care in packing and sending your parcel, we do not offer Insurance or refunds for items lost in the mail. Once we post it out, we will send you a fulfilment email. Only those with registration details will be able to call SingPost on 1605 to have them assist on issues with your parcel, should there be a need.
If you prefer to self collect your parcel, please indicate in an email to us - under note to seller and leave us your contact number so we can reach you to confirm collection time. We will refund you by PayPal, the cost of your shipping.
