An important aspect of yoga is the breath. This class introduces students to yogic breathing, which opens and relaxes both the body and mind. It also sends much-needed oxygen to our cells, improves organ function, and purifies the blood amongst other things.
You will experience deep relaxation that gently eases us into a meditative state, for the meditation practice that follows.
